Recognize Labor Efforts

The entire world observed a holiday on May 1st to honour workers and laborers all over the world. The goal of World Labour Day is to recognize workers' struggles and services.

The bloody clash between striking workers and Chicago police officers in 1886 inspired the commemoration of this day. However, at the first international socialist congress in Paris in 1889, this day was officially recognized to pay tribute to the victims of that battle. Since then, various countries have observed this day on various May dates.

Countries' economies are built on the backs of workers. They work tirelessly, day and night, to ensure the global economy remains stable. It is time to support the efforts of laborers who are both mentally and physically involved in completing the required work. Laborers risk their lives to feed their families in order to earn a living.

On this day, the worker union organizes a number of events with the support of the general public in order to demand fair pay and decent working conditions. Work-life balance is the right of every employee in any organization to be able to spend time with their families.

Promise to treat the workers around us with respect and to encourage their efforts to improve the global economy. If you are a worker, you should be proud of yourself because you are devoting your mental and physical energy to completing your tasks and achieving company and, ultimately, national goals.
